Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for ceramic cups and insulated vacuum flasks purchased from filtersupplypros within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects.
2. Return Process
  1. Initiate a Return Request: Before sending back the product, contact our customer service team to inform us of your intent to return. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
  1. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the product back.
  1. Ship the Product: Pack the eligible product securely, include the RA number on the shipping label, and send it to the following address:

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
3. Inspection and Refunds
  • Upon receiving your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify eligibility.
  • If the product meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.
  • If the product is found ineligible (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), we will contact you and may return the product back to you at your expense.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a ceramic cup or insulated vacuum flask that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). Provide photos of the product and packaging to support your claim. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including covering the return shipping costs.
